What we do

Pizza alla pala
Almost a metre long, our pizza alla pala is cut to order and sold by weight.

Choose your flavours, mix and match, share a whole pala or simply have as much as you feel like.

A very Roman way of eating: informal, generous and made for sharing.

Dough that takes its time

Good dough can’t be rushed.

Ours ferments for 72 hours, creating a light, airy crumb and that unmistakable crisp bite.

Simple recipes, seasonal ingredients and carefully sourced products do the rest.

Who’s Farina

Farina was founded by Cristina and Edoardo, inspired by the neighbourhood pizza counters they grew up with in Rome.

The idea was simple: to create the kind of place they love, lively, informal and welcoming, with really good food at its centre.
